Here it is-- Fellini's! The realization of
an idea I flirted with at various moments
over the past 25 years or so.

This story started with Ed's Mini Deli on West
Camelback near Alhambra High and the State Fair
. Then came the wheels, Ed's Mobil Deli, appearing
in many places, including the Gila River Indian
Reservation. When sidewalk vending was approved
for central Phoenix, a new chapter began. My first
was an ice cream cart called "The Pusher." It was
soon followed by "Ed The Hotdogger" carts which have
been part of the downtown scene ever since. Next time
you see Ed, stop by and try a great hotdog!


For years our Fellini's Pizza customers at the State and
County Fairs have been asking, "Where is your restaurant?"
Well, this is it! At long last we are able to offer our
great food in a comfortable, convenient setting. You can
bring the kids and have a party. You can eat inside or
outside or take your food home or to the park. Oh yes,
if you are throwing a party or an event, we'll be glad
to cater it for you. Just give us a few days notice.
