*Bullet sizes are from published data, but some bores will vary plus or minus a thousandth of an inch or so. This is especially true with military bores.
* .38 Smith & Wesson: This is the original cartridge that was used in the early models. It is different in size than the .38 Special and the .357 cartridges. It is a special order brass.
** This 7.65 is commonly called the .32 french Long Automatic. It's a Browing design auto pistol that fires a rimless round with an extractor grove. The jacketed bullet, however, actually mikes .308 so it is really a 7.62mm. Lead bullets should be .309 to seal well. Of course, bores could range from all the way from .308 to .311. Does this sound confusing? We actually own one of these peculiar French pistols and have compared the book informaiton with reality. Trust us, we used more than one mike and set of eyes. We make these cases from new .32 long revolver brass. We put them on a metal lathe and cut the rim and the exractor groove, trim them to length, and load them with an 86 grain fmj .308 ejecta. You can expect about 1000 fps from these rounds. Enjoy!
Notes: Snake Shot! Shot loads for .44 and .45 caliber revolvers. (20) for $25.00.
